Deck the halls with... scattered ornaments? A Christmas tree can seem like a cat playground. It's shiny, it's wobbly, and it's full of toys hanging from strings. What's not to love?
Try securing the tree to prevent toppling, and use non-breakable ornaments just in case. A spray of citrus scent around the tree can also keep them away - most cats hate citrus.
Remember, it's all just part of the holiday fun. After all, who needs a star at the top of the tree when you have a cat?
